Here we understand the concepts of Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). There are some of the methods for evaluating projects for Capital Budgeting Decision making process.
In this session we'll be understanding Payback Period i.e. the time needed to recover the initial cost of investment, and Profitability Index i.e. the ratio of present value of a project's future cash flows and the initial cash outlay.
