Description

As a chaplain and creativity facilitator, I’ve spent the past 15 years crafting classes and workshops that gently weave together creativity and mindful practices in a way that feels accessible, calming, and fulfilling—no experience required. I’ve had the privilege of helping women like you discover how creativity and mindfulness can be powerful tools for finding peace and clarity, even in our busy lives.

In this class, we’ll explore the life and work of Henri Matisse, and together, you’ll create a beautiful piece of art that you’ll be proud to hang in your home or give as a heartfelt gift.

Does this sound like you?

  • You’ve been curious about meditation but haven’t had the time or know-how to dive in.

  • You want to tap into your creativity but feel like you don’t have the space, supplies, or time for it.

  • You’re intrigued by the idea of blending meditation with creative expression.

  • You’ve already experienced the benefits of creativity and mindfulness, and now you’re looking for a space to enjoy both practices in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

As an art teacher for children and adults alike, I’ve seen firsthand how just 20 minutes of creative expression can transform a person’s mood and sense of well-being. These simple practices can shift your energy, calm your mind, and offer a renewed perspective on life.

I’m excited to invite you to the first class in a series designed to help you experience more calm, peace, and clarity through meditation and creativity. We’ll practice affirmations, immerse ourselves in the healing sound of Tibetan singing bowls, and explore the joy of working with color—all while creating a piece of art that will leave you feeling centered and inspired.

No artistic experience needed—just a desire to connect with yourself, relax, and have fun. I hope you’ll join us!
