- You may have taken my other online course: 'Introduction to LEGO® Serious Play®', or have been on a workshop to learn about it... but you've probably not started using it yourself yet.

Building on our foundational course, Introduction to LEGO® Serious Play®, where we covered the theory and a basic example, this course bridges the gap between understanding and practical application. You’ll dive into real-world examples, exploring how LSP can transform your work and engagements.

Examples covered
As well as an overview of LSP and which bricks to use, the examples shown in this course include:
Using LSP in a team meeting (Levels 0, & 1)
Using LSP in a virtual 1:1 coaching session (Levels 0, & 1)
Using LSP in a group training session (Levels 0, 1, & 2)
Using LSP in a coaching 1:1 session (Levels 0, 1, & 2)
Using LSP in a team building event (Levels 0, 1, 2, & 3)
(Level 0 skills building, Level 1 Individual build, Level 2 Shared build, Level 3 Combination build.)
There is also an optional assignment at the end for you to complete and gain feedback on designing your own LSP event and getting those all so important ‘build questions’ just right.

This course will require you to have a good understanding of LSP and you should have already have viewed the online course 'Introduction to LSP' or have completed other LSP training, or at the very least read the open source document that gives you the basics of how LSP works.
