LEED is worldwide recognized and most famous green building rating system. This course is for LEED aspirants who have already attained Green Associate credential and want to proceed with their green building journey and understanding. Existing buildings have a high potential to adopt green building principles in order to attain the environmental goals by saving energy and cost for the building owners.
There are some core concepts and terminologies that are to be understood before we are able to grasp the business case of LEED. Luckily, before introduction, there is a video called Pre LEED. It is very important as it gives an insight to all the terminologies like green house gases, carbon emissions, carbon footprint, sustainability etc. which are the basis of foundation of LEED.
Once we know why LEED was established and what is it offering, the complete course is "to the point explanation" of every single category and related credits in LEED AP O+M rating system. I developed a summary file for all credit categories that are in tabular form and color coded. The file has proven to be the most helpful material for final revision and quick reference. Do not forget to download your summary files from the resource section of each video. Wish you good luck.
