This course is taught by a designated CPA who also has over 15 years of professional experience. We will be starting from the very beginning, first by setting up a file from scratch and then working our way through every topic in Xero Accounting. We will be tackling every challenging topic but presenting it in a very digestible and understandable way. Accounting doesn't need to be hard :)
This course is based on practical real-life scenarios. We will fully walkthrough end to end examples together. We'll be connecting our bank accounts so that we can automate as much as possible. We'll also be walking through how to perform a bank reconciliation. Setting up products, services, quotes, invoices, bills and purchase orders are only some of the other areas we will be tackling from a business operations standpoint.
We then shift gears into the technical accounting side of things where we better understand the chart of accounts, setup new accounts like fixed assets and depreciation, along with entering manual journal entries and understanding best practices when it comes to accounting. We round out the course by understanding the out of the box reporting available to us along with setting up our own custom reporting.
The end goal is to have you feeling confident and comfortable with using Xero Accounting so that you can fully utilize this in your business or implement it for other businesses. Overall, you will finish this course and be fully equipped to tackle any business problem that comes your way with Xero Accounting!
