Learning math with Mr. Kevin: pre-algebra

Hi my name is Mr. Kevin I'm very excited about teaching how to do math, and especially pre-algebra.  In this course you will learn a variety of topics.  You will be learning pre-algebra which is a course to know before you take on Algebra 1.  Parents and adults that want to improve on their math skills this online course is for you.  I want to make it clear that if you are a parent, try to help your kids with supervision on this course you may learn a lot more then you think.  I try to make things easier to understand.  I know things can be hard to learn at first, but if you put the time into anything you can accomplish a lot.  I have twenty years of experience tutoring students and recently became a teacher at a private school.  That's my experience with math.  I'm really excited that you have chosen this course.  We will cover integers, fractions, functions, and many more topics.  This will give you a better understanding of how to do pre-algebra.  I use a whiteboard to show you how to do different problems and examples.  If you follow along it will give you the confidence in taking pre-algebra and beyond.  I enjoy helping others to succeed in their math course.
