This video details all the various movements you'll find in the Sun Salutations portion of a yoga class. This is slightly more challenging that other lectures in this section, so if you haven't gotten up and physically performed some of these postures I strongly urge you to do so.
Once you have a solid understanding of this section, you'll have no trouble with the remainder of this course.
