The technique you will learn in this course forms building blocks for any and every sewing projects. We would dive into the world of seams, buttons, buttonholes and zips.

The techniques you learn would be applied in the sewing projects which are part of this course.

As with learning a new skill, practise is paramount, download the resources provided and practise alongside the video.

You may have experienced the thrill of wanting to sew something new. But before getting round to cutting out your fabrics and making something lovely, you need to stop in your tracks and take measurement.

Taking measurement at the start of a project may seem a chore compared to the excitement of making something new. Measurement taking is essential to the fitting of your sewing project.

One of the things I do is take my measurements from time to time. I record the measurements and place the measurement sheet in my sewing box. I reach for the measurement sheet whenever I need it. Measure twice and cut once
