Our body directions show openly our thoughts and intentions. If it's our feet, our body lean, or only the head. To have a better understanding of body language, we must know those body language directions. In this episode, we will learn the most important of them.

Your closures phrase has to be on point, a solid statement with an easy answer YES or NO. Accordingly, we can proceed with the payment, or solve an objection if there will be one. Either way, we will know for sure if we close the prospect, OR he has a hidden objection we need to solve.
REMEMBER - Close your mouth completely after the closure phrase - THE FIRST WHO SPEAKS LOSES!
I need to think about it VS I just got bankrupt with my company. Which is an objection, and which is a problem?
If we got to know our prospect, we will know, however usually "I need to think about it" is an objection spoken as of luck of trust. Learn the difference, and what we can do with each other.
How to pass objection properly? Empathy is the key! There are only 3 steps to pass whatever objection has been said, Objection > we receive it> we empathy it> we give a counter solution based on the objection> SILENCE.
