Requirements

  • All you need is - Gouache paints, ( if you dont have gouache you can go with acrylic / poster colours too )
  • gouache paper 300 gsm (more than 160 gsm is good to go)
  • paint brushes ( flat end brush, round tip brush, liner brush , filbert brush )
  • 2 jars of water
  • Pencil, eraser, white pen, black pen, white pencil
  • tissue / cloth
  • masking tape
  • mixing palette

Welcome to the class. In this class I will teach you 5 different Realistic Party themed Aesthetic paintings with Gouache to bring out the vibrant colours and energy of the party and bring the medium from your colour palette on to the paper.

This course is for both beginners and experienced gouache artists because the paintings in this class is ideal for you to relax and enjoy the beauty of this medium, regardless of your skill level. Along with the materials required for the class, I will be explaining each painting step by step, so that you can get inspired and paint it in your own style .

Here are the list of materials required to get you started:

  • Watercolor Paper (minimum 300gsm cold pressed) - I am using Canson watercolour paper

  • Artist Grade Gouache Paints - I am using Artist grade Himi Miya gouache paints.

  • Watercolor Brushes (synthetic) - I am using Flat end brush , Round tip brush, Liner brush and Filbert Brush.

  • Masking tape

  • Tissue/ Cotton Towel

  • Mixing Palette

  • Jar of Water

  • Basic Stationery - black pen (ball pen), white marker and a pencil
