    Introduction to Joe Zanca who will be the main instructor for this boxing class, and many other health and fitness classes that he and I make. The other instructor for the boxing class is me, Alex Genadinik. I have made a number of boxing, kickboxing, and health and fitness classes with Joe Zanca on Udemy. Together we have teamed up to teach you boxing, kickboxing, a little bit of MMA style fighting, and in our other classes we teach you topics like calisthenics, high intensity interval training, how to get in shape, lose weight and more.
