Mr. Lacouture is recognized for his ability to initiate and foster customer relationships, lead cross-functional teams, identify and develop talent, and establish strong collaborative relationships with global stakeholders. His expertise includes leading multiple complex projects, including product launches, and challenging the status quo to deliver business results.
Mr. Lacouture is currently the Cardiovascular/Cardiologist Strategy Leader for Novo Nordisk. Mr. Lacouture is also an Adjunct Professor at Nova University's Graduate School of Business.
