Feel the Qi.8:05
To carry out Qi Hai Bio Energy you must be able to feel the Qi around the Human body. This simple little exercise activates the Palm chakra and finger points on your hands that will help you experience the feeling of Qi between your hands. Most people can get a vague feeling of the Qi between their hands quite quickly. However each person is different. Dont give up on the exercise if you are finding it difficult to feel the sensations of Qi, initially. A little bit of time and calming your mind during the exercise will always help you. Before you move on to the posture exercises I would advise that you have experienced the feeling of Qi between your hands, as demonstrated in this video.

In this lesson I outline 3 factors that I feel has an impact on the healing process.
1. The Healer
2. The nature of the illness you are treating.
3. the willingness of the person you are treating to learn and make positive changes in their life. Changes that will help them on the Physical, Mental and emotional levels.
