Google Form is a free online tool that can be used to create surveys and quizzes. The form when complete in all respects should be shared with the potential respondents. A shareable link can be generated from the interface key. The person who has created the form is the administrator who can add other people as collaborators. These collaborators can make suitable changes to the form if permission has been accorded by the administrator. Depending on the type of survey to be created the form creator can mold scales and other interfaces of the form to make it lively and interactive.
The information so collected is stored in a spreadsheet form by creating a link between the form and the spreadsheet. This spreadsheet can be downloaded and retrieved for later usage. In this video lecture, how the form can be created has been demonstrated by taking real examples. The interface of the responses after data collection and the spreadsheet has also been demonstrated.
