Description

This is a basic course in tally. It includes:

1) accounting concepts,

2) creation, alteration and deletion of company in tally,

3) creation, alteration and deletion of ledger in tally

4) creation, alteration and deletion of items in tally

5) accounting entries through different vouchers such as receipt, payment, contra, purchase, sales and journal

6) viewing of reports

After completion of this course, a student will be able to work as an computer accountant in any firm. For further knowledge the student have to learn:

a) how to give opening balance to the ledger

b) providing cost center

c) inclusion of manufacturing date, batch number, expiry dates in items

d) accounting entries through debit note, credit note and stock journal

e) inclusion of Goods and Services Tax (GST) in entries

f) inclusion of alternate units, discount columns

g) inclusion of tax deducted at source (TDS) in entries

h) Payroll entries
