In this lecture, we will introduce you to the case context and explain the role-play exercise which we will be doing as part of this section Product Management in Action.
In this lecture, we will try to build our understanding of the product (in our case 'Trello') and go about analyzing and defining the product vision. This is a pre-requisite before we can move further into our role-play exercise for product planning, road mapping, discovery, and delivery.
In this lecture, we will be doing customer feedback analysis to identify their problems and needs that can translate into the feature requirements.
In this short lecture, we will be reflecting upon the customer feedback analysis exercise and succinctly summarize the key takeaways (which will further be used for role-play exercise)
In this lecture, we will do market trend analysis and competitor analysis. This will help in identifying the market needs and feature gaps with respect to our competitors. We will use the findings from this further in our role-play exercise and translate them into feature requirements.
In this lecture, we will go about doing product planning and roadmapping as part of our role-play exercise.
In this lecture, we will take one of the features from the roadmap that we had finalized in the product planning and do a detailed product discovery.
In this lecture, we will take our discovered feature further and do a bit of prioritization and release planning as part of product delivery exercise.
In this lecture, we will discuss how to take the newly built feature to market, what will be our product release, and the GTM strategy. And, post-release what metrics should we be gauging to further improve the product.
In this lecture, we will reflect upon the exercise that we did and conclude it with closing remarks.
