● Improper digestion will happen when the mealtime is very close to bedtime

The first point to avoid is screen use before bedtime
1. Blue light decreases the Melatonin hormone

3. Screen light damages the eye
The second point to avoid is the excessive sugar and caffeine intake
1. Increases sugar level during the sleep
2. Excessive sugar may lead to obesity
3. Caffeine alerts the nervous system
The last two points to enhance the quality of sleep
The first point is an afternoon nap
● Afternoon nap helps to reenergize the child
● Afternoon nap should not be more than 30 minutes
The Second point is the physical activities
● Physical activities enhance the quality of sleep
