Organizing and presenting data in a pleasant and appealing format is important.
Learning to design invoices introduces, the skill of preformating cell so that they automatically calculate with the expected incoming data
Apply their knowledge to make your final work presentable to the public.
This course is a fast track to using Microsoft Excel. It is designed for busy executives and professionals who do not have time for long-term training but need the basic skills to get going. Other people who have a course to calculate and manipulate data will benefit from the course I guess that virtually anybody that is living in this present digital age must fall into any of the listed categories. It is a learn-by-doing course, the tools required to start using Excel are revealed through hands-on projects. The course designers use four projects to teach the skills. The projects and the learning outcome are listed here.
1. The first part introduces the instructor and the course stressing the importance of Microsoft Excel and why students should learn it. It also covers the learning outcome and the ideal student
2. This section is a tour of the Excel workspace the aim is to acclimatize students to the working environment of Excel
3. This part unveils the tools required for Excel calculation and how to apply then
4. This section introduces the school exam result project. After the project students can comfortably use formulas, the formulas introduce are SUM, MAX, MIN, and AVERAGE. Students can apply the principle of cell references also
5. Other three projects namely Payroll Invoice, and balance sheet unveils other tools and how to use them
