Learn JIRA Basics

With this course, you should be able to create a project in Atlassian Jira. Atlassian JIRA is being used for many Agile projects. What this course will help you is to do basic configuration if you have administrative rights over the cloud version of the Jira, not just the project level. Add and remove people from your people. Add new statuses, new custom fields, new issue types based on the project's need. Also, you can use the dashboard as a one-stop for all. In case of any issues, you can reach out to me. I have tried to create it in a simple form and step by step. Even if you want to know only one topic you can focus on that topic only. What this course doesn’t cover is the basics of the Agile and meaning of words like impediment and spike because we should have a basic understanding of them. This doesn’t talk about SAFE structure, How to structure Feature, Epic in the JIRA. We have not captured Roadmap in Jira but that will be part two of this course. I have created this to test the waters in the market. We can use many plugins and automation of also but as I have mentioned it will be part of part 2.
