What your child will learn

• Create 12 amazing drawings.

• The course touches on 5 different common subjects that will help your kids have enough tools in their Arsenal to create unique art

• The course is designed to give Parents and Guardians with young Children the tools they need to cultivate critical thinking skills, develop unique drawing skills, learn how to colour and get proportions right, and self-expression through drawing.

• Apply the information and knowledge gained in this course to create new unique drawings.

Requirements

• Students will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone, and an internet connection (To look for drawing Inspiration).

  • Your child under the supervision of the Parent and Guardian will need a printer (optional, to print drawing exercises).

  • Materials and Supplies needed for this course are listed in the Course Summary

  • A desire to create some delightful works of art!

  • Can draw basic shapes perfectly or not perfectly :-)

This course may be just what you are looking for as a parent and guardian to explore different drawing techniques and subjects, and help grow your child as an artist! Designed with beginners in mind, this drawing course is perfect for Parents and Guardians with young Children who will be supervising their learning from ages 7+. With a total of 15 fun and unique drawings art projects, your child will learn the skills and techniques to draw and create masterpieces of their own long after the course is complete.

There are two steps in each art project:

• Step 1: Drawing

• Step 2: Coloring

This teaching process will both inspire and delight your child and even you as a parent and guardian into drawing action! This process involves organizing shapes and lines together until a recognizable subject has been achieved

After your child completes the drawing portion of their project, they will move on to colouring the project. You will learn basic drawing techniques and apply these techniques to complete your project.

Supplies and materials needed for this course:

• Paper

• Coloured Pencils

• Marker pen

• Eraser

• HB or Mechanical pencil

About the Instructor:

My name is Moses Sabayi and I'm a professional Artist. My journey as an artist began when I was 5 and I had no one to nurture my gift. Teaching art to children is what I love to do! after doing private art tutoring to young children, I decided why not create a course that will help other kids nurture their talent from a tender age and start designing a life with purpose and passion. After tutoring young kids, I have learnt how important it is to create engaging art lessons that are taught in a relaxing and joyful way. This helps Kids practice critical thinking, language skills, decision making, become creative people and problem solvers in future and most importantly is by enjoying their leisure time well

• This is a beginning drawing and colouring course designed for Parents and Guardians with young Children who will be supervising their learning

• No drawing experience is necessary.
