Welcome to How to Develop a Gratitude Attitude, where you can learn how to integrate or reintegrate gratitude into your practice in a way that will allow you to always find gratitude, even when your mindset is not a positive one.
Let's take a look at what is a Gratitude Attitude, an unconditional one, and how this teaching can help you not only integrate gratitude but integrate it in a way that it will not limit your gratitude attitude development nor your possibility to always find something to be grateful for. You will see how everything is complete in itself, including its negativity and its positivity, and it is a personal perception and up to you to move mentally to see the positive part of it.
Before we start to look into the explanations and the steps, in this short video I am inviting you to look at what gratitude mean to you in your now. What is your personal perception of it?
In this video we will look at the many definitions of gratitude from different dictionaries to bring back its definition to what it is and not what the ego-based mind makes of it.
From the previous videos, we will now look at the difference between a gratitude response and a Gratitude Attitude. We will look at what a gratitude response is and how it is naturally linked to outside conditions and the value we give to that outside condition.
Here I am explaining the difference between saying thank you for and I am grateful for when you practice listing your gratitude. You are making a statement to help your ego-based mind understand that "your are" and that it is your new positive state of being. Even thought you might say I am in I am thankful for, the usage of the new or different vocabulary (I am grateful for) will help your conscious mind to see a difference from a gratitude response that can be ego-based or automatic and not felt.
The first step is to learn how to integrate or reintegrate gratitude so when you do not have a positive mindset or a positive environment, you still can find something to be grateful for effortlessly, wherever you are. This first step helps you to continue being grateful in difficult situation or moment. It allows you to train your conscious mind to see that there is always something to be grateful for in your personal life. This step also helps you learn how to quickly cut a negative momentum wherever you are.
Because here the content is available as you go without having to wait for it, once done viewing Step 1 and downloading the PDF files, I invite you to spend a full week before continuing with the Step 2 content. You are not just learning to integrate gratitude into your life but also learning how to develop a Gratitude Attitude so give yourself the proper time to do so. At least one week, so from beginning to start you can have at least 21 days to integrate a new habit into your life. You are doing this for yourself and not to please your ego-based mind. :)
The second step allows you to slowly choose the positive feelings over the negative ones. All is done effortlessly again as you will work from the first step list, the tangible things. this is a learning process so yes you will always start from the Step 1 list while you are practicing. Step 2 can allow the ones burying their feelings to start feeling good again, to allow themselves to feel again, as this step shows you how to focus on something positive from something you already like around you. This step helps you learn how to allow positive feelings into your life. It allows you to add positive data to your personal database, your subconscious, so when you face life, your conscious mind has more positive data to choose from.
Remember... Because here the content is available as you go without having to wait for it, once done viewing Step 2 and downloading the PDF files, I invite you to spend a full week before continuing with the Step 3 content. :)
Step 3 is helping you to become aware and mindful of the possible positive emotions and thoughts. This step slowly opens you to observe and be a better observer of your mind, and what is, without negative limitations. Step 3 teaches you that sometimes good memories do not come alone and some lesser good might follow them or take over them, and that is okay because you are allowing yourself to feel, maybe for the first time in a long time. It will help you mindfully and effortlessly choose the positive thoughts over the negative ones as you will always have something positive to move on to from your previous list made at step 1. It gives you a method to unstuck yourself when you are in a negative train of thoughts. You deepen your learning of cutting a negative momentum. You are learning to shift your mindset without effort in a split second.
Remember... Because here the content is available as you go without having to wait for it, once done viewing Step 3 and downloading the PDF files, I invite you to spend a full week before continuing with the Step 4 content. At least one week, so from beginning to start you can have at least 21 days to integrate a new habit into your life. You are doing this for yourself and not to please your ego-based mind. :)
The fourth step is where you let the magic happen. You have been working at allowing yourself to see gratitude and choose the positive feelings and thoughts over the negative ones, and that helped you uplift your energy without effort and maybe without having a positive mindset to start with. The better your energy, the more positive you become. You do not need to pretend anymore and work hard at visualizing that all is good and all is well. You have these steps to let it happen naturally. Step 4 is where you start bringing your gratitude away from the tangible things as they come up naturally with some memories. And you always have your tangible things to come back to if nothing comes up when you are practicing seeing that there is always something to be grateful for. You will see and be reminded of what to do when nothing positive comes up and that it is always okay to get back to Step 1 to make sure you always finish your practice on a positive note and without effort.
Start transforming your life... effortlessly.
One step at a time. One week at a time. It is to yourself that you say yes.
Gratitude has the highest energy frequency. You cannot be grateful and negative at the same time.
Being grateful when the energy level might not be at its best is often when people stop any kind of gratitude practice. Is this you?
With this unique teaching of four steps, one at a time, you see and learn at your own pace how to overcome this and reprogram your mindset to see and find some positivity even when your mindset might not be positive at its best. Not giving in to the ego-based thought system is a beautiful first step to transformation.

Everybody can be grateful when life is easy. Everybody can find things to be grateful for when sitting down to list possible positive things.
This practice on the other hand, might not be as easy when the surroundings is a negative one or when the mindset is a negative one. What one can be grateful for is still there but unseen to the ego-based mind.
I have spent the last three decades developing and mastering a Gratitude Attitude in preparation for helping others develop their own.
This online course, just like the book, teaches you how to integrate gratitude without having a positive mindset, which can help uplift the energy to a positive or a more positive one. It also teaches you how to turn a gratitude response into a Gratitude Attitude to slowly make it a habit of well-being that will stay effortlessly, a habit that will become a lifestyle.
This online course helps you integrate gratitude without always having a positive mindset, and it helps you effortlessly overcome the obstacles of training your conscious mind to choose positivity over negativity. It helps you see and understand that there is always positivity with negativity.
