Instructor
Hello, my name is Adam Ward and I've lived in Los Angeles, California for the past 30 years. I've been an entrepreneur for the past 18 years and have become an expert in the craft of home brewing. Once I tried my first home brewed beer, I was hooked. I quickly moved from stove-top extract brewing to advanced all grain brewing. I've studied the science and the chemistry behind brewing and I love sharing what I've learned with others. I've brewed many different styles with excellent results and experimented with many different ingredients. Brewing is an art as much as it is a science. I've taught several beginning home brewers to step up to advanced brewing and I welcome any questions you may have if something isn't clear. I want you to get the most out of each course and interaction is the best way to learn. Together we both win and you'll learn how to brew!
