After the first lecture you will be comfortable with how the interface of FL Studio works, what everything means and how to get around it.
Some typical BPMs / Tempo's to keep in mind for various genres are:
General House / EDM - 124-130 BPM
Tropical House - 90-128 BPM
Deep & Future House - 120-126 BPM
Future Bass - 130-150 BPM
Dubstep - 90 or 130-150 BPM
Drum & Bass - 170-174 BPM
Beats - 80-100 BPM
Please note that these are guidelines only and are taken from the stereotypical speeds of multiple songs in the genres.
Feel free to be creative and experiment what works for you with the sound you want.

Many people still use original and authentic instruments in their productions however the majority of "bedroom producers" and big producers alike will go to samples for the sake of efficiency. We will learn how to find them and then import then to your projects.
