Print the script and put it in a binder. This way, it will be most convenient for you to practice.
It will be needed in the next lessons.
In this video, you will learn why setting goals is important for your subconscious mind, and you will plan goals for the entire training. People typically read at a standard rate of 150-250 words per minute. It's worthwhile for you to set a specific numerical goal for the end of the course. I encourage you to set a goal that is at least 3 times faster than your initially estimated speed. If you believe you read slowly, closer to 150 words per minute, a good goal for this course is 450-500 words per minute. If you read relatively quickly, closer to 250 words per minute, a good goal for the course is 750-800 words per minute. When you take the reading speed test, you will be able to adjust these speeds, either lowering or raising your goals.
The formula for calculating reading speed along with an explanation can be found in the script on page 6.
Throughout this lesson, you'll grasp the method for calculating your reading speed. Keep in mind its variability depending on the text type; we typically read slower with more challenging texts compared to simpler ones with easier vocabulary.
You will find the material in the script on page 7 and 8.
You'll acquire the reading strategy necessary for comprehending various texts.
You will delve deeper into understanding the remarkable capabilities of the human brain.
You'll delve into the vast potential of the human brain and explore the highest recorded reading speeds documented in the Guinness World Records.
In this lesson, you will discover the fundamental strategies to maintain optimal levels of concentration.
In this chapter, you will learn a technique to improve your reaction time by enhancing synchronization between the brain hemispheres. The Alphabet Game is a tool adapted for use by NASA personnel, including astronauts, to boost productivity and accelerate learning of new concepts. The Alphabet Game induces a state of concentration known as the High-Performance State. Immediately after this exercise, observe how your reading changes.
In this chapter, we will combine the previously learned High-Performance State with reading.
The material is on script page 10.
Throughout this lesson, you will discover the most common reading errors.
Be sure to return to the original playback speed of this video. This exercise is truly important, and it's worth completing it perfectly according to the instructions, then assessing the results it yields.
In this exercise, you will learn how to perform the previously introduced Turbo Exercise without the need to return to the video or use a metronome.
Summary of the introduced Turbo Exercise.
The material is on script page 12.
In this chapter, we will begin memory training and you will learn the basic principles of its functioning.

The material is on script page 24.
In this chapter, you will learn one of the fundamental memory techniques and how to utilize the basic principles of memory functioning.
The material is on script pages 15-22.
In this chapter, we will commence training your field of vision, essential for reading faster and with better comprehension. It's crucial to perform this training regularly from now on, ideally for 10 minutes each day, preferably 5 times a week, as this will yield the fastest results.
In this chapter, we will begin reading using more lines than you are accustomed to.
In this chapter, we will review the memory technique introduced earlier and learn how to improve it to make it more effective.
This chapter combines the heightened focus state developed through the Alphabet Game, expanded field of vision with Christmas trees and rectangles, with a reading exercise utilizing 2 lines. Even if you haven't previously understood while reading two lines, focus on achieving the best possible level of comprehension of the text. If you don't have contextual understanding at this stage, concentrate on reading as many words as possible because this exercise will soon translate into better comprehension of single-line reading.
In this chapter, you will learn about the role forgetting plays in learning.
The material is on script page 14.
In this chapter, you will discover a new method of memorization utilizing another mechanism naturally functioning in the human brain, namely spatial associations.
In this chapter, you will learn another method for building heightened focus state and simultaneously expanding your field of vision.
The material can be found on script pages 27-34.
Remember to regularly practice your field of vision training. In this chapter, we will expand this training with additional elements and more challenging exercises.
W tym rozdziale rozszerzymy nasze turbo.
In this chapter, we will introduce an exercise aimed at increasing concentration and directly linking the heightened focus state with the text.
Have you ever read from the end? In this chapter, we will start working on understanding text read in different directions.
In this chapter, we'll explore why it's important to take breaks during learning sessions and how they impact memory retention.
Remember that regular exercise leads to better adaptation. In this chapter, perform the Turbo exercise once again to enhance your brain's adaptation.
The material is on script page 24.
