For the listening part, you can choose to listen to the expressions at NORMAL, SLOW, or BOTH speeds at your preference.

The core components of the course are
1. Chinese listening - this is where you learn the key expressions at normal and slow speeds in videos and audio. You can prepare yourself with the content to speak in the speaking drill.
2. Speaking Practice - this is the practice stage. You will practice the expression learned in the lesson multiple times unconsciously and this repetition-based practice will help to retain what you are learning in the long term.
3. Vocabulary consolidation - this is the review and practice stage. You can also start from the basic words and sentences if you are a total beginner. Please watch the video lesson first and listen to the audio when free. Please download the color-coded flashcards (All the vocabulary and sentences in HSK 1) and practice your Chinese anywhere at any time.
How to make your color-coded flashcards?
Step 1. Download the PDF of the flashcards(Front and back in 2 files) and print them with A4 paper.
Step 2. Cut each piece of A4 paper into 8 flashcards with a paper trimmer or scissors.
