
Hello everyone! Thank you so much for enrolling in my Learn Chinese Mandarin Fast course! I am Teacher B. Throughout this course you will learn many aspects of Chinese culture in addition to the basics of Chinese Mandarin.
You've already completed the first steps by enrolling. Please watch the course's Introduction video in full to understand the course's objective and to get to know a little more about me and how it relates to Chinese culture.
This course will mainly be spoken and written in English however, you will see & hear me speaking Chinese Mandarin. I speak standard simplified Beijing Chinese Mandarin.
Pro tip: Please practice repeating the Chinese words and phrases with me to improve your pronunciations.
Chinese Mandarin is an easy language to learn.
Throughout these videos I will introduce the 4 Chinese Mandarin tones, we will practice them together.
You'll also learn many new Chinese Mandarin words.
Chinese unlike English and many other Roman languages uses hanzi characters (汉字)hànzì; and pinyin to help give sounds to the words for non-Chinese speakers. For example, 吃 chī (to eat in Chinese).
