Introductory sessions cover the essential areas related to project scope, project teams, and the project plan.

The activities to be covered in each phase are explained in detail per the SAP guidelines, educating the course followers to obtain comprehensive knowledge on implementation.

In addition, the course covers details about the project teams of both the partner and the client.

After completing the course, you will be equipped with full knowledge of the ERP implementation process and its activities.

The course covers five phases of SAP Business One B1 ERP implementation: project preparation, scope discovery, classroom pilot (CRP), user acceptance testing (UAT), and project go-live. There are multiple activities in each phase, and these activities are to be completed by the client team members and partner team members. The activities of the phases are to be broken down into two-week sprints and followed closely by the partner team project manager and the delivery manager. Since the activities are dependent on other activities, it is essential to have close follow-ups to make sure they are completed on time.
