The course covers the SAP Business One B1 ERP implementation process in five phases, which will be broken down into two-week sprints. The course covers five phases of SAP Business One B1 ERP implementation: project preparation, scope discovery, classroom pilot (CRP), user acceptance testing (UAT), and project go-live. There are multiple activities in each phase, and these activities are to be completed by the client team members and partner team members. The activities of the phases are to be broken down into two-week sprints and followed closely by the partner team project manager and the delivery manager. Since the activities are dependent on other activities, it is essential to have close follow-ups to make sure they are completed on time.
