In this course we are going to define wastes, discuss waste types, how to detect waste, how to get rid of it, what indicators tell you that you are in the right destination. what suitable tools are used.

There are eight 8 main types of waste: transportation, inventory, Motion, waiting time, over production, over processing, defects, not making use of skilled tale=nets. each type is discussed briefly.
