There are two steps:

1. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and certification.

Start with the project template, watch training videos, complete your LSS Green Belt project and send your completed project for review to anna@go4sixsigma.com. Your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate will be send to you via e-mail.

2. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training and certification.

Use the same project template, watch training videos, complete your LSS Black Belt project, use Minitab for Measure and Analyse phase and send your completed project for review to anna@go4sixsigma.com. Your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate will be send to you via e-mail.

You can use Minitab to see how your process is changing in time. Please use Assistant function to create the graphs you need, also please download the presentation to see what type of graphs you can use to present the process.

You will also see two lines: Lower Control Limit (LCL) and Upper Control Limit (UCL). Both are calculated as 3 times standard deviations below and above meet. It's called Voice of the Process. If every process result is between those two lines we can say that process is in statistical control.

Process capability is the ability of a process to deliver outputs (VOP) that meet customer’s needs (VOC).
