This course will teach you how to use an A3 problem-solving technique. The A3 is an easy to use, one stop shop, to house all of the details of an improvement and share it with others.

A3 management is a structured way of leading an organization that produces a reliable product or provides a quality service.  A3 management focuses on using a scientific approach to problem solving that helps to develop a learning organization.

The A3 problem solving is a structured approach to resolving problems anyone can use. The A3 uses a report format to communicate ideas, document problem-solving activities, and report results. It was originally developed by Toyota but is now in used in many industries desiring to improved and to have any easy method to do so.

A3 problem solving uses the A3 report format to document the problem-solving activity, all on a one-sided 11 x 17 inch (A3 size) sheet of paper.
