Dr. Akinbohun Rotimi is the founder of AMCL Consulting and Research Group Inc. and the president and chief technical instructor at Elite Leadership Institute. Dr. Akinbohun is a veteran and served in the US Army for 19 years. He was the logistician for the University of Central Missouri Army ROTC and an adjunct professor for 12 years. He is a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer. He specializes in Business Management, Leadership, Organizational Development, Supply and Logistics Management Analysis, Operations Management, Marketing & Sales Management, Research & Data Analysis, and Information Technology Management. Dr. Akinbohun has over 19 years of experience with the US Department of Defense, managed million-dollar business and IT projects, coordinated a workforce team of 10+ subcontractors, and performed logistical operations, budget allocation, and data analysis. He is a CompTIA Project+ Certified. Other IT certifications earned from CompTIA are A+, Network+, and Security+. Also, he earned Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) and Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) from Microsoft. Earned an Msc. in Information Technology from Aspen University, Denver, Colorado, and a doctoral degree in Management with a concentration in Organizational Development from Colorado Technical University, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Dr. Akinbohun is passionate about teaching, conducting research, collecting and analyzing information, solving problems, and communicating those results clearly. Have motivation and team building/leadership skills, proficient in general and technical project management, entrepreneurship and management, negotiation, and mediation. A dynamic trainer and presenter; skilled in employing clarity and innovation to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences at all organizational levels.

*Knowledgeable in research design, methods and analysis, and data modeling techniques using software such as GeoDa, ArcGIS, Tableau, or IBM Cognos.
*Experienced in logistical analysis and operation and can work with groups of diverse populations.
*Ability to develop trust, personal rapport, and strong working relations with a community of students and staff.
*Proficient in Learning Management systems for online instructional delivery such as Moodle and Blackboard.
*Excellent at serving as a liaison between the client, local organizations, and community.
