Leadership Matters

In Team Formation, you will learn the four stages of building a high-performance team:

- Forming

- Storming

- Norming

- Performing

You will gain useful tools during each stage to get you to the next stage until you have a team that is producing 5X the output they did as a group of unorganized individuals.

We all have different personalities. We tend to value those personality traits in ourselves and de-value the opposite personality traits in others. In Leveraging Personalities, you'll learn how to recognize personality traits in others and how to leverage those differences. This training module is based on the popular Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Most businesses promote their best workers to become managers. While this is admirable, there's a certain skill that's required to transition from worker to effective leader.

Empowering Your Team will teach you how to balance work direction with worker independence based on your team's industry, expertise and management level. You will learn how to train, test, trust and serve your team in a way that will create optimum productivity and improve team morale. Once you know how to empower people, you can delegate tasks with confidence.

Attitude really IS everything! In the "Energizing Your Team" training module, you will learn how you can shift your attitudes and thoughts in a positive direction. Us Core Energy Coaches equate attitude to "energy". You can literally motivate yourself and others by opening up your perspective to several different options. You will get tools to use a facet of Core Energy Coaching to motivate yourself and your team.
