Describe your character by journaling your attitudes, positive or negative, and identify traits to transform negative traits into positive ones, revisited at course end for leadership growth.
Draft the department mission and vision for the team and project, list first-year achievements, explore new tools, consider short- and long-term goals, group them in columns, and assess attainability.
Analyze your mission and vision to distinguish short-term and long-term goals. List actions possible now or with current resources, identify resource needs, and decide the main short-term and long-term missions.
Master effective workplace communication by delivering clear messages, adapting to different traits, and avoiding common pitfalls. Foster two-way dialogue and positive collaboration to keep teams aligned.
Identify and avoid negativity, aggressive talk, unapproachability, and passive communication to keep teams engaged. Emphasize video calls and occasional in-person meetings to strengthen connections in remote teams.

Being leader is not an easy job, you have to always remember that a successful leader does not need only the technical skills of the job by they need in first place to maintain their honesty, be respectful positive and good listeners.
