This course has been developed looking at the student's need to know about leadership. so that it helps those students to understand leadership. Leadership qualities have become a must-have for anyone to succeed in the highly competitive workplaces of today. For anyone who wishes to move ahead in their career and want a promotion or move to a higher position, they need to depict good leadership qualities. For as a leader, you are not only responsible for your actions but also for those working for you. 

Leadership is about the art of motivating, influencing, and directing people so that they work together to achieve the goals of a team or broader organization. It's essential for students to experience leadership opportunities during their schooling, to learn the art of building relationships within teams, defining identities, and achieving tasks effectively. It also provides an opportunity to learn to identify and display effective communication and interpersonal skills and becoming an effective leader in the near future.

In this course, we will know about the significance of leadership, meaning and the concept, and definition of a leader and leadership, its features, functions of leadership, importance of effective leadership, leadership styles and outcomes of leadership styles, qualities, and habits of leadership.

Leadership is a skill for life, and we ensure all students have regular opportunities to involved and strengthen their skills.
