Hi, I am the founder of a company called Lion & Butterfly Wellness. Our focus is your Healing & Empowerment. I personally am a Life & Soul coach. Reiki & Lemurian Light master. Mindfulness & Meditation instructor. I also practice, compete & offer teaching in Mixed Martial Arts. Growing up I was a very different person full of pain & anger. I have used these tools to change my life. I now can offer them to you, in hope that we can lower suffering in this world & grow together as one race.
