This activity is designed to help you experience the effects of positive thoughts, words, and actions on your mood, energy, and the world around you. By focusing on positivity, you align yourself with the higher vibrations that attract abundance and joy into your life. In this session, you’ll learn: Why positivity plays such a critical role in the Law of Attraction. How to consciously choose uplifting thoughts, words, and actions.
Practical steps to stay positive throughout the day, even in challenging situations.
Today’s Activity: For the next 24 hours, practice replacing any negative thoughts with positive ones, use kind words for yourself and others, and take positive actions. It could be as simple as a smile, a compliment, or even a small act of kindness. At the end of the day, reflect on how focusing on positivity changed your experience.
Additional Tip: Set a “gratitude alarm” to go off a few times during the day. When it rings, pause and think of three things you’re grateful for in that moment. This will help you stay in a positive mindset and reinforce the habit of gratitude. Journal Prompt: "Today, I realized that positivity…" Use this prompt to reflect on how choosing positivity influenced your day and strengthened your manifestation journey.
