
This course has been designed for those who think to have a good idea but first they do not know how to value it and then how to start.
The objective is to propose a framework, an accompaniment to see the big picture of the methodology to launch a new business and then to see step by step how to do concretely and practically. We will see many tools and establish a solid road map to check one by one which milestone of your journey to reach succeed.
This course is given to MBA students or Master degrees with the objective to simplify the process to be accessible to anybody who would not be necessarily familiar with trade in general.
We will many examples like a budget and also the structure of a business plan that I submit to you (a blank template) and we will cover my own ones for my 2 different companies which are completely different:
B to B (Business to Business) for MADE IN, a company of product: a trading of production of fashion garment in Shanghai (China)
B to C (Business to Consumer) for SHAMBALI, a company of service: a holistic wellbeing center in Bali (Indonesia)
NB: as explained in the course, I can provide you the contacts of my partners to open up officially your own company in China mainland or in Hong Kong.

Simple example of setting up a budget from A to Z with a short / mid / long term vision and also with different perspectives: optimistic, pessimistic forecasts to get at the end a realistic vision
