My name is Menachem Reinshmidt (Manny is short). I'm a long time Hi-Tech entrepreneur, and have been involved in numerous ventures that were initiated by my ideas and vision.
One of my start-up companies, Marnetics, has become a high profile company and made an IPO in the US capital market in the early 2000s. It was traded several years under the symbol MXB until acquired by another company in its field. For couple of years I've served as Marnetics CEO and Chairman Of The Board. I was also the founder and CTO of Speedwise technology who was a world leader in mobile traffic acceleration solutions. Speedwise was also acquired by one of its competitors in the early 2000s. At present time I'm actively involved in 2 start-up companies that I've incubated: (1) Koolhit that has a great product for mobile TV-like channel applications, and Mazata which provides an improved user experience interface to the good, old Google search.
Above all that, my true passion was teaching. I lectured in numerous seminars and courses in all fields of data communications. I've recently discovered Udemy, and was immediately turned-on. That is simply a great platform for boundaryless teaching and learning!
