This is the second part of the third level in the Shaolin study, it complete the Student levels, this means that you have learn all the base 18 bare hands techniques, plus 6 routines (Taolu) that most of the shaolin schools teach.
In this way if you want to join a class nearby you will have a strong base.
Remember that the videos are structured as actual classes with a warm up, stretching and techniques. So I advise you to take it once a day, but if you are quick to learn you can take more then one and skip the warm up part.
