Description

Course Description:
This course introduces a mysterious martial art from ancient China—Praying Mantis Boxing—which originated 381 years ago from the observation of praying mantises in combat. As a form of imitative boxing, Praying Mantis Boxing is known for its agility, precision, and fluid movement. Rooted in traditional Chinese martial philosophy, it reflects the principle of "understanding the Way through form."

Praying Mantis techniques were later incorporated into JeetKune Do by Bruce Lee, helping to bring global attention to this unique fighting style through his films.

Our course includes 22 comprehensive lessons, covering warm-up routines, hand techniques, footwork, and step-by-step instruction for every move in the system. Whether you're looking to build practical self-defense skills or improve overall health, this course offers a well-rounded path to physical and mental growth.

Training in Praying Mantis Boxing can enhance your strength, focus, and confidence, reduce stress, and support long-term wellness. It’s also a highly effective way to boost immunity and prevent illness. Whether you're a martial arts enthusiast or a health-conscious learner, this program is your ideal choice for a healthier body, sharper mind, and stronger spirit.

Course Advantages:
Our course is built on a highly professional and well-structured system, offering in-depth instruction that breaks down every movement of Praying Mantis Boxing in detail.

During the technique demonstrations, each move is thoroughly explained through step-by-step breakdowns. To enhance understanding, we’ve incorporated clear visual aids including clean, intuitive guide lines—and use slow-motion replays for more complex sequences. This allows learners to fully grasp the nuances of each motion and track the movement flow with precision.

Additionally, we include side-by-side comparisons of correct and incorrect form, making it easy to spot mistakes, understand key points, and make timely adjustments during practice. This thoughtful approach ensures a more efficient, engaging, and effective learning experience for all students.

The course features multiple camera angles to provide a complete and immersive learning experience:

  • Front View: Offers a clear presentation of the full movement and hand positions from the front, helping you quickly understand the core body posture and overall form.

  • Rear View: Reveals the movement from behind, allowing you to observe subtle details and the flow of motion from a back perspective.

  • Side Views (Left & Right): Show the transitions and dynamics of each movement in motion, clearly illustrating how the limbs extend, bend, and shift throughout the technique.
