What you'll learn
- Our goal with this course is to give you a solid base to build a truly functional fit body.
- You will be progressing in tactical speed and agility.
- Your strength and coordination will improve.
- You will be introduced to adding weapons such as Escrima sticks into your workouts.
- The workouts also include basic and advanced striking drills (punching and kicking) for increasing your fitness quickly. You will be instructed on all these techniques.
Requirements
- This course is about tactical fitness so we won't be using any barbells. We will be utilizing tools such as a sandbag, sledgehammer, kettlebell, heavybag, dumbbell, etc.

Our curriculum include agility, strength, power, quickness, striking, and weapons all combined in a scientific manner to increase your level of fitness very rapidly. This course is designed to last 5 weeks, on weeks 1-4 you will be doing 4 workout evolutions a week and on week 5 you will hit 5 evolutions.
