Krav Maga's defenses teach interior and exterior blocks, pushing the attack inward or outward, while keeping a ready guard to enable fast counterattacks and protect against kicks.
Develop dodges and counterattacks in Krav Maga, turning your chest to kick while maintaining guard, and practice comfortable left and right dodges to transition movements.
Defend against grips by counterattacking when danger is certain; free the arm by pulling between the thumb and fingers, then move forward to disengage.
Block the choke quickly to prevent it, then counter with knee strikes and guard work. Build balance and stances, follow 6–8 steps, and finish with a lock when possible.
