Discover the essentials of the official Krav Maga program for the FEKM brown belt in this trailer.
Discover the Krav Maga brown belt program, building on yellow to green belts, and master defenses against knife, stick, and gun attacks, plus ground and chair techniques.
Use a two-kick combination to counter a retreating opponent, delivering a second kick before the first ends; examples include knife front kick with circular kick and uppercut with back kick.
Master jumped kicks—knee strike, front, circular, side, back turn, and heel kicks—and maintain space, balance, and leg alignment (inside of the leg parallel to the ground) for effective self-defense.
Explore defenses to survive rare confrontations and break the line against multiple attackers. Learn how to use fake movements, space creation, and kicks—front kick and circular kick—to maximize impact.
Learn defenses against knife attacks from multiple angles, including seated and ground positions, with emphasis on relaxed, balanced technique and repeatable moves to improve survival chances.
The lecture demonstrates defenses against a cross attack to the throat with a small knife, including kicks, dodges, blocks, and controlled punches to counter the attack.
Learn practical Krav Maga defenses against stick, rooted in military use, including palm block, outside and inside dodges, ground work, and counter strikes to neutralize attacks.
Defend against pistol threats by dodging before the shot and, when close, swiping the chest or disarming the gun to force a counterattack; train long for high success.
Explore projections in Krav Maga, applying mixed martial arts–inspired control and grip releases to place the opponent on the ground and finish with targeted strikes to vulnerable areas.
Demonstrate ground defenses against a standing opponent, showing that a person on the ground has many solutions to win, with techniques presented for practical application.
Defend against stick attacks from multiple angles by stepping in or aside, blocking and striking in sequence, adapting to front, side, or back attacks and two-handed grips.
Practice attack, defense, and counterattack in a fluid sequence with a surprise attack, blocks, dodges, and steps. Counter with punch-kick combinations, then repeat to sharpen reflexes and avoid useless movements.
Test a four-minute fight in the brown belt program, two rounds of two minutes with 30 seconds rest, learning energy management and staying calm under exhaustion.
