Instructor
Dr. 3M has 3 master’s degrees (Business management, Regional Sciences and Transportation Sciences) and PhD from University of Pennsylvania.
He was a business teaching professor at universities in USA, Canada, Egypt and Kuwait for 20 years.
He then moved to leadership positions in private and government organizations for 25 years.
In Savola Group, he established Savola Academy and Panda Retail Academy and led the Human Resources Development Division at a corporate level.
He established the first Office of Strategy Management in the Saudi Government at the Municipality of Jeddah in 2005. The Office was awarded the Hall of Fame Award from Palladium for excellence in strategy execution using the Balanced Scorecard.
Dr. 3M then was appointed as the Advisor for three ministers; Labor, Health and Economics and Planning. He played a key role in the rollout of the Saudi Vision 2030 through his position at the National Center for Performance Measurement.
He was awarded twice a major assignment by the Saudi Government to develop a framework for Maturity Assessment in Strategic Planning and Performance Management. The Maturity Framework was used twice to assess the maturity of 22 and 33 government agencies.
Dr.3M was the founder and CEO and Madinah Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship (Mile) in Saudi Arabia for 12 years. He also the Head of the Academic Committee of the Global Performance Management Academy, Toronto, Canada.
