       I was born and raised in Denmark. My educational background is a Bachelor degree in Economics, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing, and a Masters degree in IT Organization. 

       Besides formal education, I have taken many IT certifications, e.g. MCSE 2000/2003, ITIL 2.0 Foundation and Problem Management Practitioner, Mile2's CPTS, SANS's GSEC Gold, and FranklinCovey's Focus Facilitator. I am also certified as a "Lean Six Sigma" Black Belt and as a Theory of Constraints "Jonah®".

       For the last 2 years, I have worked within Regional IT as an area manager for the on-site support team of 37 specialists, who supports the employees across 7 hospitals. Before that, I have worked for 17+ years within the internal IT unit of an international company in several different job positions over the years, from Help Desk analyst, IT Technician, IT Infrastructure Project Manager, IT Training Course developer/trainer, and Problem Management Task Force Team Leader, several positions as  IT Manager within IT Infrastructure Operations, Senior IT Manager in IT Security, and as Senior IT Manager working with Change Leadership and Communication.
