In this course, students will learn how to implement a business and Information Technology (IT) technique used by Business Analysts, Developers, and business Executives that ensures products and solutions in the early stages of conception, analysis, design, and development continue to meet the expectations of the customer.


  • There are no prerequisites for this course. However, this information compliments my courses "Introduction to the Business Systems Analyst Profession", "Systems Development Life Cycle Overview" and "Requirements Engineering for Cursed Newbs" which will help students elevate their IT Systems Development, Project Management, IT Project Management, and Business Systems Analyst knowledge and skills.


This teachable moment is a high-level summarization of how to conduct a technical review to optimize the product development and systems development life cycle processes. This material will enhance techniques that are also discussed in my other lectures, "Introduction to the Business Systems Analyst Profession", "Systems Development Life Cycle Overview", and "Requirements Engineering for Cursed Newbs".
