【內容介紹】

肩關節是上肢最關鍵的關節,預防傷害中最重要的是肩胛骨與肱骨的動作節律。對肩關節來說,在大範圍的活動角度需要有良好的肩關節穩定性去做支撐,其中肩胛骨的位置與旋轉肌群是否力量平衡,皆會影響肩關節的動作表現與傷害預防,如何透過簡易的評估,讓自身更加安全的訓練或是提供給客戶最精準的肩關節訓練。

線上首次揭密運動刮痧刮痧,針對頂尖運動員,不間斷的訓練為通往金牌之不二法門,有別於傳統刮痧需於刮完後完全休息二至三天,甚至需一周左右才能完全退痧,為配合奧運選手之訓練課表,在隨奧運培訓隊期間黃卉君老師特別研發「運動刮痧」手法以幫助選手在不間斷訓練下,能以最快的時間促進組織修復以保有最佳的肌肉狀態。
