The designs I am showing you are just suggestions for what you can do in Klaviyo. If you want to keep it simpler - it is also great! One of my goals is to get you to feel comfortable with Klaviyo editor, that's why I am showing you some extra options for designs so that you can practice :)

I will show you how to create a banner in the " Building campaigns" section of the course, so you can skip this for now and return to it later.
Keep the focus on the products they abandoned. Don't add other product recommendations. Have only one call to action that calls to return to their cart.
You don't have to add a conditional split, but it is recommended to segment the new customers compared to the return ones at least for 2 reasons:
you want to turn non-buyers into 1X buyers;
you don't want return customers to wait for the discount code.
Consider including things like free shipping, or a money-back guarantee to address potential objections people might have when deciding to shop at your store. UGC works really well as well.
