Kingdom Leadership

This session examines the Scriptural basis of christian leadership, examines the use of authority in the church and introduces three key characteristics of Kingdom leaders. It gives four areas for the christian leader to begin to focus on to become a Kingdom leader.

This session shows that kingdom leadership is about serving others. It gives six different styles that Kingdom leaders employ to serve others and when those different styles are most appropriate

This session highlights the need for kingdom leaders to be personally entering the Kingdom to not only receive the blessings of the Kingdom, but also to provide an example for others. It talks about the difference between seeing, entering and inheriting the kingdom as well as the difference between kingdom and religious leaven.

This sessions makes a contrast between how religious leaders prevent people entering the kingdom with how Kingdom leaders help them to enter. It outlines the difference in six practices including money, power, titles and rules. It helps the Kingdom leader to avoid shutting off the kingdom to people.

This session talks about how Kingdom vision is about establishing Kingdom values on Earth. Kingdom leaders only enrol others in their vision if it also helps to person to fulfill their calling. It introduces a Kingdom values set  that you can consider to help you decide what values you are called to champion.

This session covers details that Kingdom leaders influence merely because they are Kingdom leaven, so they focus on entering the Kingdom. It covers how Kingdom leaders avoid control and legalism to influence others but focus on giving to others.

This session covers how Kingdom leaders recognise that the Lord has given them more grace for certain gifts, so they focus on giving from the grace of God on their lives and resist the expectations of others to give from their own strength. This session covers how we can give through the seven serving gifts of Romans chapter 12. It provides an assessment for you to understand your serving gifts.

This session covers how Kingdom leaders develop others through the 5 transformational processes. It also talks about how leaders have a mix of "ascension" gifts from Ephesian chapter 4 that develop others in various ways. It covers how the ascension gifts develop us for the same outcomes in different ways

This session covers the three essential elements of a church from Matthew chapter 16. It asks you 2 key questions for your involvement with your church. It looks at the church that Jesus had and concludes that Kingdom leaders celebrate every group's role in bringing the Kingdom of Heaven to Earth. It also looks at why underground churches are successful and offers an alternative to a church characterised by staff, facility and programs

This session covers the three essential roles that kingdom leaders should have in a church. However, leaders are often not asked to fulfil these roles in the ways that are productive for the church. The organisational structures adopted by churches are often not  a reflection of a body or a family and so leader's effectiveness is reduced. This session will help a kingdom leader to adopt roles that help the church to help people to enter the Kingdom

This session covers the four different management and leadership roles that exist in organisations. It shows what functions you need to learn to operate in each of these roles. It covers the transitions that are needed to be made to progress from one role to the next.

This session is based on two parables of Jesus that teach us that the kingdom leaders should be making the world a better place. It talks about six specific ways that Kingdom leaders can bring Heaven to Earth. It includes creating new cultures, bringing innovation and assisting in societal transformation
