This session looks at the nature of Kingdom success and the futility of comparing ourselves with others. It covers the four building blocks of Kingdom success and the four Kingdom outcomes that we should be aiming for.
This session explains how all believers should be on the same mission of releasing Heaven on Earth. It details how this has already happened throughout Scripture to help give us further understanding of this mission. It also outlines the two key areas of Kingdom mission
This session covers the nature of vision and the importance of having vision in our lives. It talks about the process of receiving, clarifying and running with vision.
This session covers our general Kingdom vision and our specific Kingdom vision. It outlines the three things we need to understand to piece together God's specific vision for our lives. It asks you a series of questions to help you to understand how the Lord has already been leading you into this vision. It explains how these three aspects of vision can change
This session explains the importance of your personal Kingdom vision in a corporate Kingdom vision. It explains that the role of a Kingdom leader is to serve others by helping them to achieve their personal vision. It gives a way of re-aligning your organisational role to your personal vision. It explains how an organisational vision reflects the leadership capacity in the organisation. It also covers how to set and communicate a collective vision
This session explains that Kingdom vision is directed at cultural change. It looks at the nature of vision statements of various biblical figures, including Jesus. It covers how the church is meant to be the means of bringing Kingdom culture (and not the ends). So church health and growth should only be sought if it results in Heaven coming to Earth (and not just the church)
This session explains that there are heavenly realities that have patterns as they are reflected on Earth. It outlines this pattern from a passage in Ephesians an eight dimensional cultural model (the SED Model). This model can be applied to individuals and organisations. It examines this model in the Lord's prayer, the spiritual gifts, keys to the kingdom, the role of the church and loving people. It also presents a corporate language model (The TOD Model) and explain how these cultural elements drive performance.
This sessions covers the importance of measuring values and culture. It talks about the difference between strategic indicators and cultural measurement. It translates the culture-vision-brand gap conversation into a kingdom conversation which is a values-culture gap conversation. It talks about the construction of cultural surveys and gives examples of the results and drill downs of SED and TOD surveys.
This session covers how we enter the Kingdom. It talks about the difference between seeing, entering and inheriting the Kingdom. It covers how entering the Kingdom is a progressive experience. It outlines eight keys to the Kingdom covered in the New Testament.
This session helps you to be led by the Spirit. It helps you to recognise the various witnesses of the Spirit including for prayer, making decisions and taking actions. It explores five arenas of revelation that represent the five categories of witness that the Spirit brings to us and gives examples of these witnesses in the Scriptures. It also explains the different witnesses for our short, medium and long term calling
This session covers how we can build the presence of God (anointing) on us and in our environments. It explains the different types of anointings and the keys to building the anointing on our lives. It covers the properties of the anointing and how to impart the anointing into the physical spaces we occupy.
This session covers different aspects of faith as our foundation. It helps you to distinguish faith from hope. It addresses the two different types of doubt and the different ways of responding to them. It explains how the different topics of this course all contribute to a foundation of faith
This session talks about a kingdom view of financial success and that is has the same ingredients as we covered in session 1, including a foundation of faith. It talks about being held in the tension between content with little and faith for increase. The Lord has a specific will for our finances and we have faith as we hear what He is saying to us about it. The same is true for necessities and luxuries. It talks about differences in the kingdom economy and the worldly economy. It details seven channels of blessing that the Lord uses to get finances to us.
This session covers the key aspects of Kingdom strategy that are common to us all. Since all Kingdom vision is cultural vision, Kingdom strategy is about how to change culture. Jesus taught simply and powerfully about how to bring Kingdom culture when He talked about leaven. We go through four cultural change strategies taken from Scripture that are effective with individuals, churches, businesses and other organisations. We also look at the three levels of culture we should address and bringing change by the Spirit and not the letter.
The Scriptures encourage us to have a foundation of faith in our personal, church and business lives. So, we ought to understand what faith is and what it isn’t. It also says that we need to add to that faith. Specifically, second Peter chapter one tells us to add virtue, knowledge and the fruits of the Spirit. (But that is for another course). In this course we look at a Kingdom view of having a faith foundation. We look at various aspects of faith including mission, vision (both personal and corporate), strategy, being led and empowered by the Spirit. We share in a common mission, however, the vision we are given to participate in this mission is unique to each of us.
